Dingle has been celebrated the number one foodie town in Ireland. Thousands of visitors come to Dingle every year for our fresh seafood and experienced Irish chefs.
The Milltown House is celebrating Dingle’s flavor by holding Supper Club events with traditional Irish food. The Supper Club dinners are catered by Chef Hire with Trevis Gleason as our outstanding host. The dinner clubs are themed for the recent holiday, and consist of a three course Irish meal and cocktail. These five star meals should not be missed!

Mike Hayes and Paul O’Loughlin cooked at the Milltown House dinner on Thursday. The theme was Love Foods, in part of Valentine’s Day. The appetizer was pate with bread, a spring roll, and thinly sliced ham.
The main course was your choice of monk fish or venison with a side of potatoes and peas. I chose the monk fish and it was the best monk fish that I have ever tasted. They complimented the dish with a light basil sauce.
Desert was a chocolate mousse and pistacio ice cream. The ice cream was handmade and include no artificial coloring. I enjoyed every last bite!
You can count on tasting Chef Hire’s delicious meals at our future Supper Clubs.
