On many occasions throughout the year every single room in Milltown House is rented out by a single group of friends or family. This is a very cost-effective way of ensuring absolute privacy and a truly memorable Irish holiday experience in the landmark property on the Dingle Waterfront.

WHO RENTS OUT THE ENTIRE MILLTOWN HOUSE?

Tour Companies: Both small and large Tour Companies tend to ‘book-out’ Milltown House when they have VIP or special-interest groups. One regular Tour Company client only needs 50% of our rooms but books out all 100%, to ensure their guests have a world-class experience in Dingle (they might only have the chance to come here once in their life-time!)

Global Corporations: Some of the biggest names in global commerce use Milltown House as a base for team-building exercises, corporate retreats and week-long strategy ‘think-ins’. Confidentiality and security of the highest nature is assured at our elegant property.

Groups of family and friends: Rather than all be anonymous in bigger hotels where there are ten other families and tour-groups staying, some groups of 5 – 20 people prefer to splurge a little and rent out the entire property of Milltown House.

SERVICES PROVIDED / BENEFITS OF A COMPLETE WEEKLY RENTAL OF MILLTOWN HOUSE:

Exclusive use of the landmark residence on Dingles Waterfront, can sleep 20-30 people comfortably. (10-20 is the recommended ideal)
The attention of our full-time staff as normal.: Manager, Receptionist, housekeepers, gardener and very importantly Chefs (for breakfast only. Lunches and dinners can be arranged with prior notice and for an extra fee)… and not forgetting Seamus the Irish Wolfhound! 100% attention is guaranteed.
Shuttle services and guided-tours can be arranged.

Rental of entire property: €2000 – €2500 per night
